Brews of Summer: Weekend Series Match Up #2

Sometimes sport is just like beer. Sometimes you don’t need to watch every single game, like sometimes you don’t need to drink the entire 12 pack. Instead watch one game, drink a couple of beers. Make the game you watch a good game, and make the beers you drink fantastic (and high ABV doesn’t hurt).
We continue to celebrate the “Brews of Summer,” and the “Boys of Summer,” this week with the beers from Strangeways Brewing and Lickinghole Creek Craft Brewery. We asked you, the reader, to put in extra time driving from Richmond out to Goochland to taste these fantastic brews. And then choose your favorite from each brewery. We now ask you an even more difficult question, which beer do you prefer? It’s time for the second weekend series of winners in “Brews of Summer.”

Starting on Monday we will have the week 3 match up and our first road series as we head to our nations capitol, Washington DC: DC Brau Brewing Company vs Bluejacket.

The original deadline was scheduled to end yesterday. However, we aren’t going to slam and lock the doors on another fellow IPA drinker. This Weekend series match up will be closed later tonight. But, don’t fret. We will have week 3 of Brews of Summer up tonight to take it’s place.
