What To Do This Weekend (In the RVA)

The work week is over and it’s time to kick back and relax.

Believe it or not, there are other options then sitting around a TV and watching sports from Friday Night to Sunday Evening. If you need some ideas, we are here to help. We have ideas for both ladies trying to get their men away from the television, and dudes trying to impress there lady friends with sweet idea. So, click here and feel free to use our ideas as your own brilliant ideas and suggestions. Hell, we didn’t think of these first anyways.

Bluegrass Festival at Hardywood: Aug. 23 @ 2:00 pm: Come on down and enjoy great music, great atmosphere, and even greater beers. It’s a no brainier, and no excuses accepted. We will see you there.  2408 Ownby Lane Richmond, VA, 23220  Map

Tire-Less James:Sign up to help clean up our natural resource, and amazing James River. The event will be held Sept. 13, so there is still time to sign up. Instead of watching preseason NFL games, sign up to do something good for your community and city.

Pocahontas State Park: Enjoy the weather, family, and friends; Pack a lunch and get a little exercise. Try hiking the Beaver Lake Trail, Many people have recommended  it. It’s a little over 2 miles, but we have complete faith that your, our readers , can complete this loop.

As for this weekend, have fun and enjoy life. Do we really need to tell you this?
